Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: May 1, 2026

This accessibility statement is provided by Kaytos, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Kaytos," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the paperwork.bot platform and services.

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all individuals, including those with disabilities. We work to align our website and platform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Conformance Status

We consider our Services to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We continue to identify and remediate issues as part of our ongoing development process.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we:

  • Include accessibility considerations in our design and development practices;
  • Test core flows with keyboard navigation and common screen readers (such as VoiceOver and NVDA);
  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where appropriate;
  • Provide sufficient color contrast and scalable text in our user interface; and
  • Review accessibility issues reported by users and prioritize fixes alongside other product work.

Known Limitations

Some areas of our Services may not be fully accessible at this time, including certain complex data tables, document viewers, and third-party embedded components. We are actively working to improve these areas.

Feedback

If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our site or in our platform, or if you have suggestions on how we can improve, please contact us at support@paperwork.bot. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need through an alternative means while we address the underlying issue.
